Print version of tool as part of running it

Hi @loglund I was wondering it would make sense to run a:

clang-format --version

As one of the steps - that way it is easy to see which version of clang format is being used - if the action fails in one of our projects (without having to look in the actions .yaml files).

Does that make sense?
