I guess there are few things that needs to be added in the README file to really make it more appealing. First, you have to include the most common url's after installation. Like what's the url of kibana. Second would be the "Requirements" before using the script. Making sure it's already installed before running the script. Also, list and answer some common error questions after installation. Here's what I've got after installing in Ubuntu 12.04 (excluding the certificates updates things):

Any plans to update for logstash 1.20 ?
I can't get the install script to install Kibana. Looks like it's trying to pull down code from a Github branch that does not exist. Here's the output from the console:
