Install with component(1):
$ component install stephenmathieson/crx-socket
Create a Server
with name

Send a message to all connected ports with data

Respond to name

Stop fn

Create a Client

Emit a name
message with the given data

Listen for the given name

listeners if fn
is not provided.
Run make -C test
, then open test/bundles
as an unpacked extension.
