alpha101计算

为了提高因子调用的速度,将因子计算分成两部分,

第一部分: 因子中间变量计算,提前将因子的中间变量计算完成,并且保存到数据库中

第二部分:因子计算时,直接将提取数据库中的因子中间变量,然后合成因子即可。

因子中间变量计算

如果可以直接计算出alpha因子值, 则直接计算。 如果无法直接计算, 则将可以计算的中间变量计算保存。

涉及代码: alpha101_tmp.py 核心部分:

  • 数据读取

从数据库中读取所需要的数据包括['close', 'open', 'high', 'low', 'pre_close', 'volume', 'money', 'trade_date', 'symbol'], 然后计算生成[ 'returns', 'vwap'], 这些是计算因子的基本数据。

  • 中间变量计算

读取完成之后, 按照股票分组,计算时间序列上的因子变量,然后保存到数据库中

因子合成

提取因子对应的中间变量,合成alpha101。

大部分alpaha101因子需要计算多只股票截面上的rank, 所以alpha101的因子合成需要提前指定侯选股票池, 然后再进行因子的合成计算。
