Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As some base of the users will probably use the tool, we need to provide them with documentation,
where they can find things like how to install the tool, simple guidance or how to use the tool, possible extensibility of the tool e.g., with add-ons (if we will support such stuff) or translation requests.

Describe the solution you'd like
Simple and user-friendly, also developer friendly as we do not want to invest too much time into writing documentation systems.

Describe alternatives you've considered
E.g. update the Readme.md file or provide web pages with documentation via GitHub,
note that only the free system has to be used and followed.
