Describe the bug
The 'Settings' link in the plugins.php view points to an invalid settings page, this should be updated to point to "wp-admin/admin.php?page=pmpro-mailpoet".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to plugins > installed plugins.
2. Click on "Settings" beneath the PMPro MailPoet plugin.
3. See error

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

MailPoet 3 is out now and we should update to support the latest version.

There is currently no documented way to add Tags to subscribers in MailPoet using our integration.

Describe the solution you'd like
A code snippet to add tags to subscribers in MailPoet on membership level changes.

Describe the bug
On the top bar / admin bar for WordPress admins, "MailPoet" is showing as the first menu item in the dropdown for 'Membership'. We should not add the menu item to this area and / or if we do, it should be last in list (after main PMPro menu items).

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

We maybe should hide them from the settings.

Another option is to add a "(trashed)" to the list name there to be more clear.
