In PMPro v3.0, showing settings on the Edit User page via the pmpro_after_membership_level_profile_fields hook will likely be deprecated. Although that hook will be re-implemented on the "Other" tab of the Single Membership Dashboard, saving fields generated by that hook may no longer work by default.

We should update this plugin to have its own panel in the Single Membership Dashboard where it is able to show and save the desired content.

Both PMPro Unlock Protocol and PMPro User Pages use the function prefix pmproup_. Since this plugin is newer and likely has fewer installs and fewer custom setups built off of it, this plugin should be updated to use a new function prefix.

Ideally, we can also support the old function/filter names as long as they don't conflict with PMPro User Pages. Maybe we can declare them on init if the function name is not already taken in a deprecated.php file.

We should allow members to unlink/remove their wallet address and relink a new wallet address from their profile.

The wallet address is stored as user meta under "pmproup_wallet".

In some cases, the wallet address isn't saved correctly. This happens for first time check outs where the user is logged-out while completing the signup form.

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to checkout as a customer.
2. Select "Connect Wallet" and follow the prompts.
3. Return to the site and see that the price has been set to $0.
4. Complete checkout.
5. Navigate to your profile and click edit profile and see that no wallet address is connected. You will need to reconnect your wallet.

The solution for now is to connect your wallet again after checking out.
