Dear Professor Stewart.
I contact you for an epistemological question. In your report on the iron ANEOS used by Dr Canup, you wrote that it has been used for many publications and that there is no specific publication where this ANEOS is described in detail, since the data were given to Dr Canup by Pierazzo and Melosh in the early 2000s. My question is this: do you know if Rufu et al. (2017) used the same ANEOS? As in all recent publications about the giant impact, at least until 2019, no specific information is given about the iron ANEOS used. In the list you made regarding the authors who used the ANEOS of iron of Canup, Rufu et al. (2017) are not present, although I gather that they also used the same ANEOS.
I deduce this from the fact that, as it was written in the article, Dr Canup helped write the study code, and I also deduce this from the fact that, nowadays, Dr Rufu is working with Dr Canup. Let me know and thank you in advance for your availability.
