PHP extension for the xxhash library
PHP extension to add support for the xxhash fast hashing algorithm. xxhash is designed to be fast enough to use in real-time streaming applications.
phpize
./configure --enable-xxhash
make
sudo make install
This extension adds one new PHP function:
int xxhash32(string $data);
It will checksum the string, and return the checksum.
BSD 2-clause license.
I am currently stuck with a dev environment running windows 7 and laragon (https://laragon.org/) .
I would like to use this extension.
First, is this possible ? And second , how could I achieve this ?

XXHash is licensed under the BSD 2-Clause License.
I assume that your code is also under this license?
Maybe it will be better to create a license file.
