What I would suggest to change: The opening times of shops are given as abbreviations of week days. In German that is

• Montag => 'mo'
• Dienstag => 'di'
• Mittwoch => 'mi'
• Donnerstag => 'do'
• Freitag => 'fr'
• Samstag => 'sa'
• Sonntag => 'so'

This might be useful in a German-only context. To create a broader set of addressees, I would recommend to change this to international - English - abbreviations:

• Monday => 'mon'
• Tuesday => 'tue'
• Wednesday => 'wed'
• Thursday => 'thu'
• Friday => 'fri'
• Saturday => 'sat'
• Sunday => 'sun'

This would also be consistent with the usual expressions/property naming convention of this specification.
