Remove api project and its dependencies

This is a refactor/cleanup task

  • Remove api project from aps/api directory as it is not being used anymore
  • Remove All its dependencies
  • Remove this project from nx configuration files
  • Remove insomnia

Quiz & Question manager open state persistence on refresh

Persist dialog open state on page refresh

Tasks

  • move dialog state from local state to router history

Test cases

  • open questions manager / edit quiz dialog / add quiz dialog and try refreshing it it should open the dialog on app init
