The code has scikit-learn 0.22 dependency - scikit-learn.utils.linear_assignment_ which is deprecated from 0.23 version. I have replaced with scipy.linear_sum_assignment.

Better to run by shell automated, cause each of the python files have very high dependency on each other manual running is difficult.

The theano folder has linear_sgd and other files which have epochs of 1000 difficult to learn without gpu

Relaced the import cPickle with import _pickle as cPickle
