This is a simple script which analyzes the virus files using the internal readable strings, It is able to generate a report on the features of the virus. This includes a simple database which includes metadata and hash values of popular viruses. It runs only in Linux environments.

*This program is prepared for running in a linux environment *The virus file has to be in the root where the python file is situated

step 1 : execute comand "python virus_scanner.py" in the bash

step 2 : enter the file name of the virus file

Then the report will be generated
