• Move /src into /public/src.
• Compile assets to /public/dist
• Express server in server.js, entry point in index.js.
• Templates and queries under /app.

On hover, we should:

• Pop the color of the marker.
• Show a tooltip with the name of the province / town, number of graves, date, source, etc.

• Hover on a span, draw a line to the corresponding site on the map.
• Click on the span, pan the map to the site.
• Hover on a site on the map, highlight the span in the text.
• As the text is scrolled, pop out sites with visible spans.

• At the start, the geo-anchored sections are grayed out with a low opacity.
• When the cursor hovers on a section, it pops up to a higher opacity and a "click to zoom" tooltip is displayed to the right of the heading.
• On click, the map focuses on the section anchor, the section text comes up to full opacity, and the map pin icon gets a border to indicate that the section has been visited.
