When I run metadata_collection.py, the request returns a code 401 which mean "You do not have permissions to use this resource.".Does this mean that downloading this data requires the purchase of arcgis online services?

As you mentioned in the paper, the Gross Floor Area data
can be computed from GIS data of building shapefiles. The local government can collect such information; we utilize the official data released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport in South Korea
Could you be more specific about where to obtain "GIS data of building shapefiles" or provide the source of data you used?

I downloaded some of the daylight images according to your codes. And when I run "siCluster.py", the output of model and the loss function become NAN for any batch size. Does it has something to do with the size of the training dataset? Cause I just use 150 images as input to the siCluster. And the image size is 2242243. The training process is as shown in the picture below.
