ddi-extraction-through-lstm's Issues

The source of some files

I want to know where some files such as "dataset/ddi/neg_filtered/train_data95.txt" come from? I cannot find how to generate these files given the source code.

Something wrong about dataset and filename

Hi, I have downloaded your code, and I find there are only process1.py and process2.py, no preprocess1.py and preprocess2.py, they're same, is that right?
After running process1.py and process2.py, when I want to run main_train_val.py, there are some problems I can't resolve:
How am I suppose to find "train_data95.txt", "train_data05.txt", "test_data.txt" and "glove_100d_w9_pubmed.txt"? Mind if you could tell me? Thanks!

some problem about dataset

hello, i want to ask a question , does your input data just process the raw DDI2013 data through process1.py and process2.py, is there any other preprocessing process? i have divided the val set according to your practice. when i run this code, it has an error "ValueError: Found input variables with inconsistent numbers of samples: [1323, 0]",this error occurred in the "test_step--Validation" phase ,and i don't know how to solve it...
