Add GitHub actions for new issues and pull request templates with appropriate headers and check list

Currently, the app is designed and built for light mode. We would need to implement a dark mode toggle and use the appropriate shades to not hamper the user experience of the app

Add a CONTRIBUTING.md file which would provide the steps to be followed while contributing to this repository.

👟 Reproduction steps

Husky pre-commit checks for prettier but does not auto format it while committing.

👍 Expected behavior

Husky needs to handle auto-formatting using prettier and commit these changes along as well.

👎 Actual Behavior

Currently, we have manually run yarn format and added a new commit for these changes.

Create an integration with Husky to check for prettier and eslint before making a commit in any of the branches.
