A Maize Image Analysis Software using Deep Learning for High-throughput Plant Phenotyping

On the boundary between computer vision and plant science, we utilize advanced deep learning methods based on convolutional neural networks to empower the workflow of maize phenotyping analysis. This is an integrated application supporting one-click analysis of maize phenotype, embedding multiple functions: I. Projection, II. Color Analysis, III. Internode length, IV. Height, V. Stem Diameter and VI. Leaves Counting. Taking the RGB image of maize as input, the software provides a user-friendly graphical interaction interface and rapid calculation of multiple important phenotypic characteristics, including leaf sheath points detection and leaves segmentation

The software is not available

Hello,
I am unable to find the software on figshare.com.
Are you going to upload a new version, or have you just removed it completely?

A question about the invocation of the software Maize-IAS

After running the ". /dist/run8/run8" command in the Ubuntu terminal, the program will automatically download "maskrcnn_RESNet50_fpn_coco-BF2d0c1e", but the download error "urllib.error. URLError: < Urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] Certificate verify failed (_SSL.c :852)>" I learned that the certificate verification failed when I visited the website. To solve this problem, I need to add the code to ignore certificate verification in the "run8" file. However, the "run8" file in the provided program has no suffix and shows garble after being opened with VIm, as if it had been encrypted.

Getting the source code to this project

Hi @surefyyq, is it possible to get the source code to this project rather than the executable? Would like to study it and hopefully reuse or extend some of its functionality
