By default, Aurora RDS wakeup from inactivity when a request is made. The wakeup usually takes around 30s. Though the client can retry till it is available, the waiting time adds bill and delay the task.

As part of this feature, an option can be introduced to the DBClient constructor to generate a dummy request (without waiting to resolve) to wakeup the RDS cluster in sleep. By the time, the code is ready (all the other logic processed) for actual request to DB, the RDS is already getting ready or maybe available to process request.
