The first one initially has the problems you are running into. But after using result.itemProvider loadFileRepresentationForTypeIdentifier the video is downloaded and the correct values can be obtained.

The second comment shows what happens, once the video has been downloaded.

Just a heads up so others can help more easily. I never was able to get your issue. I am having an issue with asset duration that makes me think they are related. I wondered if the photo library was doing some kind of update in the background from iOS 13-14 that would eventually resolve the issue we are seeing. I did pick videos far back in my iCloud history and still was not able to get the issue today. I will keep trying.
