Sorry if I ask too many questions, but when I log in and start jam, it freezes, and keeps loading.

I know jam is discontinued now and I've tried to update it myself but no luck.
If you could just send some instructions on how to make it work with version 1621 I would really appreciate it 😊

only works for one gems chest, no item chests. any fix?
also what does the membership do, if u cant buy, do adventures, etc?

Hey, for some reason this doesn't open when I click play? If i have animal jam open, it just closes out and does nothing. Can I fix this at all?

i have animal jam in my web browser do you have an older version that will work with the web version of animal jam? i got it to work with older firefox version

When i click play, the bottom right world icon is instantly at 4 dots, and it loads continuously until it asks me to check my internet.

It did something at first, it opened AJ but I accidentally closed Jam and I reopened it, and it does not do anything now. I would appreciate if you told me what may have happened, so I can get a clear understanding of what went wrong. Thank you.

I, again, apologize for opening so many issues. The login loads, but the game itself doesn't load. It stays on 5 dots and loads forever. I'm using the latest version of Animal Jam, by the way. The game works/loads when unpatched. I do close it when I am patching it, and close it when I am unpatching it. Again, I apologize for opening a lot of issues.

I don't know if this is for browser or the downloadable client AJC has released.

it may be outdated, I tried the newest version and when you try to get past the loading page it only loads 4 dots. It's probably patched and i tried all the older versions none of them work, but the game works fine itself it might just be me but I have tried

I am having problems when I open up Jam and press on play it doesn't open up animal jam.

After i downloaded and opened up the program i pressed play and nothing happened, I tried going to settings to see if anything was wrong btu nothing was opening up, whenever i try to press anything it doesn't work.

After I log on to AJ (while using Jam), I get the error "Could not connect to Animal Jam. Check your internet connection and try again. [65793]". Also "patched" (in settings.json) is false. I'm using Jam 0.07, and the most recent version of AJ (I believe it's the most recent version). I [first] got this error yesterday (but I didn't check settings.json at that time).
