Motor.get_amps() returns milliamps while the documentation says Returns: Amps

This is useful for cases where you want a sylib::Motor instance as a global variable (for easier usage across different threads), or when you want to initialize a motor through a class instance, where you aren't sure if the daemon is running or not. Attempting to construct a motor before sylib::initialize is called will result in the program locking forever (sometimes with a memory error), which isn't really ideal behavior:

sylib::Motor m(1, 3600);

void main() {
	sylib::initialize();

	m.set_voltage(12000);
}

Vector of device pointers defined statically within a function seems to be the source of a segfault problem
