Create config file on windows not working

hello !

I wrote a desktop app on linux and used ConfigManager.auto to create a json with data but when i wanted to try the app on windows 10 things didn't go as expected.

what i wrote:
ConfigManager conf = ConfigManager.auto("janjee_conf")..read();

what i get:
