Some styles had too much tweaks (ex: Fuji Pro), better to start from scratch

The two level variation is not showing correctly in darkroom mode, with the sublevels being shown "merged".

Channel mixer has been deprecated, replace it with channel calibration.

What would it take to support the X-T5?

The channel mixer module is now deprecated in darktable due to the software switching to the new scene-related workflow, effectively disabling all color changes and leaving us only with the tonal adjustments.One could say that it basically ruins the whole point of these presets if color changes are lost.
Are you planning on updating the preset pack to fit for the new workflows ?

It's beneficial if you add a license to this project, as it removes licensing ambiguities.

Current install script does not work in Mac, "which darktable" throws an error. All the rest works alright.

I'm testing the new 0.4 versions, and there is a big difference at least on the Portra 400VC that I'm using very very often. The new version is really much more saturated. I have uploaded three different versions of the same photos with 0.3, 0.4 and no style applied : https://www.flickr.com/photos/smooth-bokeh/ (see at the top).

I was often adding some saturation to my Portra photos, so I guess maybe I'm biased and too used to the 0.3 version and not to the real film. But I thought it could be useful to let you know my feeling about it, as it's a big change and it's kinda my default film style.

Thanks for the new version in any case, I'll be happy to test all the other ones slowly.

What is the process of testing them out?

Hi, very nice project!

I've noticed that - among other things - the b/w films styles apply a channelmixer option, while the coloured films styles do not.
This means that if you take rawfile created with b/w in-camera options, the coloured films do not apply (the are not coloured) since the channelmixer option is still there.
I think this should be fixed at films style level, becuase my expectation (and I guess many others as well) is that applying a coloured film style to a raw file (no matter of the in-camera options) will output a coloured image.

I'm on Windows, and when cloning the repo, there're one issue emerged:

As windows does not allow file name to contain "|", all the .png file under haldcluts cannot be cloned:

Would it be possible to rename the file on your side so that this repo can be cloned as a "cross-platform" one?

Since it's a reference I found on this GitHub project as well as on reddit, Pixl.us and other websites, I think it would be good to put this page back online :)

How about in adition to providing the styles as Darktable Styles also providing them in a 3D Lut Format maybe in a special Lut release?

This way these amazing styles could not just be used in darktable but in any softwar that supports the use of 3D Luts (for example in Photoshop, Gimp, Raw Therapee and so on).
Also for darktable users: Styles could be combined by using multiple 3DLut instances if needed.

It shouldn'd be hard to write a little Lua scipt that does this automaticaly.
an other option would just be to apply the Styles to identity HaldCLUTs and export them as png. that then is the Lut in HaldClut format. Easy as that.

on the Arch linux sqlite binary is sqlite3 /usr/bin/sqlite3. The current script to remove the styles will error out of the missing sqlite. Fix is to add:

if [ ! -x "which "sqlite3"" ]

instead of current

if [ ! -x "which "sqlite"" ]

Hello,

I'm using a nightly build of darktable for arm64 macOS v.4.5.0+1289~g7bd67db390-dirty. The reason for running the nightly is due to a problem with gtk 3.24.37 in the latest stable release of darktable v.4.4.2. The nightly includes a newer gtk build that improves compatibility with macos systems.

All of the color styles work fine, but whenever I try to apply a B&W style like Tri-X 400, or any of them for that matter it goes pitch black as seen in the following screenshot:

Is this a compatibility issue with the nightly, or is there anything I need to do to get these working again?
