To see issue, try sampling more candidate points than there are rows in the candidate matrix

Checking the package results in a build error due to the mlogit package. This package is only used to estimate results in the choicesim function in DesignAnalysis.R

Options for resolution:

1. Remove choicesim function from package as it is not core to functionality
2. Since mlogit uses nnet to estimate parameters, switch to only using nnet directly for parameter estimation.

Functions in DesignAnalysis.R are currently specifically built for a demonstration model. Generalize functions to work with any type of design.

Remove dependence of functions in DesignAnalysis.R on plotly by returning lists of results instead of plots. Plot calls can be shown in example files instead.

Functions used from the geometry package are not loaded correctly when library(DCDesign) is called if library(geometry) is not called
