has one of two problems. It either leaks a MemoryStream because it's not nested within a using to allow dispose of managed resources or, if the using is added, the MemoryStream goes out of scope and is cleaned up before the file can be returned to the caller.

Either way, this code is great for academic demonstration, but it is not production-level quality. It should be updated to address the above issues.
