The handling of the sid is an implementation detail that should not be exposed to clients. Multisession capabilities should be made available to clients by creating multiple instances of the api class

I suck at unit testing, time to get better.

The query building needs to be abstracted away from the main GuerrillaMail class and into an abstract class so that the various *Connection classes can extend it.

The extend api function needs to be added to GuerrillaMail
