Hello,

There is an issue on the 2019 planning since the following date : 08/04/2019.
There is a delay of one day since the 8th of april.
The monday 8th of april appears on sunday on the planning and then all the dates are delayed.
Could you please correct this bug ?

I want to set start date but see message "Start date should be Monday.". I'm using Russian locale (19.02.2018 is valid date).

Also I tired: 19.02.2018, 2018/02/19, 02/19/2018, 19/02/2018

If I enter a holiday on the May the 5th 2020, it is displayed on Monday instead of Tuesday. I suspect this is because of the leap year in 2020.
