In this case, I suggest to create 3 types of writer.
- Writer for response body
- Writer for response header
- Writer for error
Based on different view options, it chose std::io::Write to pass to the executor.

An approach you can use is set "stdout" and "stderr" by some Writer struct that does nothing (if quiet flag is used)
