I can run python scripts in windows (10, 64 bit). Cmd command line

• extract kicad-library-generator to folder c:\sandbox (it is my local folder and, user rights etc are not problem)
• c:\sandbox\kicad-library-generator-main folder I can found all files and folders, doc, footprint.pretty, schematic, python script etc etc etc
• Example.xlsx I can open (and, of course, close)
• when I write "kicad-library-generator.py", (in command line) it open fastly new command line and close it: maybe 0,1 second so I can see somethn happened
• Then I try add some components to excel-file, simply copy example.xlsx component, modify it it will be really new component... then I run script. Nothing, it does not make new component.
• Then I return original example.xlsx. I empty folders "schematic" and "symbol". Then I run script. If script work properly, it make original files to folders. Nothing.

So, looks:

• it is any other way use this script: I write really "cd c:\sandbox\kica... etc" so I go to folder. Then I write kicad-li...py, so I run it script. And it really run it. But it is possible I must run it other way.
• Script is broken.
