Unstable behavior with 3 or more WoW windows

Hello, sometimes messages are posted to all wow windows but most times the broadcast/keyclone only sends to 1 additional client. ( Its stable with 2 wows, but unstable/inconsistent with 3 wows )

Do I need to wrap some calls in fan-in patterns to ensure multiplexing and lockstep behavior across all minimized windows? Have you tested this for 3, or 4, or 5 wow windows?
