balena-display's Issues

unable to connect to X server: Connection refused

Hi!
On Raspberry Pi 5 I can't connect to X server. The original balena browser is working.

Multi docker file ...
display:
build: ./display
privileged: true
network_mode: host
environment:
- 'DBUS_SYSTEM_BUS_ADDRESS=unix:path=/host/run/dbus/system_bus_socket'
- LAUNCH_URL_1=http://app:8081?display=1
- LAUNCH_URL_1=http://app:8081?display=2
labels:
io.balena.features.dbus: '1'

The screen shows only the balena logo.
Maybe you have an idea? :)

And the error code inside balena cloud display setting xserver-xorg-legacy/xwrapper/allowed_users from configuration file

Graphic problem

For our dual monitor grafana dashboard setup, im using your balena-display:
This is the dashboard what i should see( what i see when i open it from my mac)
Screenshot 2024-05-16 at 14 55 29

This picture shows what i see when its run on balena and raspberry pi4
Screenshot 2024-05-16 at 15 09 02

I dont know why, but the graphic is missing some parts.
With the exactly same device configuration("i2c_arm=on","spi=on","audio=on","vc4-kms-v3d",BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_disable_overscan=1) if i change to the base browser release, the graphic looks perfect.

If i delete "vc4-kms-v3d" parameter green circles appeears, but there is no second display, and the resolution is also bad, too small.

Scaling and image size

Hi!

Is there any chance to use --force-device-scale-factor=1.5 flag? If i modify src/display.ts and add the force-device-scale-factor flag like this:

 const baseFlags = [
    '--force-device-scale-factor=1.5',

the picture is scaling out the display and missing the half of it. I guess its because the variabled window size.
Can you help, how can i make bigger the wanted webpage?
Thanks.
