paren-face's Issues

Issue with slime-repl

Enabling paren-face seems to interact badly with slime-repl's slime-repl-prompt-face. When paren-face is enabled, the repl prompt gets the default face for some reason that I haven't been able to figure out.

FWIW, things work as expected when using davep's parenface.el.

Let me know if I can provide more info.

Regex for [] and {}?

Hi,

great package, working as advertised!

I'm occasionally bad at regex. How should one fill paren-face-regexp to match []/{} too?

Since it can be a FAQ, seems worth placing it as a comment in

(defcustom paren-face-regexp "[()]"
.

Cheers - Victor

Howto: target disparate characters

In addition to "[][(){}]" (#6), I want to target /, . and .- to be rendered under paren-face.

That makes sense for Clojure: in (.-prop x), (namespace/function args) etc, those symbols aren't really part of any name.

I tried further customizing paren-face-regexp, to no avail.

Is this something feasible?

Thanks - Victor
