the thumbnail preview can confuse users to think that the picture will be rotated after they have chosen the picture. this issue is seen in step 2

There are a lot of unused drawables being stored in the app that takes up room. Cleaning up the project files could solve this problem.

Should be nice to have a preview while typing instead of having to press the previous button

User should be able to add text to the bottom of the image as well

I think there should be toasts when choosing to take a picture or choosing one from the gallery. Right now it seems like nothing happens when the buttons are clicked until it switched to the next activity. This would let the user know which you have picked.

The app crashes when you are in the demotivational.

That was one of the requirements for the assignment although memes aren't usually made like this its still a cool feature to add.

When you click the back button the app crashes

Camera does not work on Moto G phone

To prevent the app from skipping frames due to too much activity on main thread

every time the splash screen runs frames are skipped. maybe cutting down the splash screen time can help.

Fix landscape layouts throughout the app.

I think it would be a good idea to create a feature where the user can choose from popular meme images to create their own meme. A few examples are: bad luck brian , scumbag steve, and awkward penguin

Popular ones preferably for users who want to make funny memes for friends

I think it would be less confusing to users since there is no preview button. And if the user wants to change the text size the user has the size options on top.

• Either set a limit to the text length or dynamically change the textSize of the text to fit all text on the image so that the text doesn't get clipped off the image.

For users who do not want to use the default white

When you are in landscape you cannot see the options' text

Would be best if photo was already visible at the start of the activity. Also a default text size should be chosen already with sample text on the image.
