Graph drawing and it's implementation needs to be de-coupled, because of 
JPG encoding with the current system does not work on linux. This was 
found out when fixing task number 8: http://code.google.com/p/agileet/
issues/detail?id=8 . 

JPG enconding, however, does work on windows and mac osx. De-coupling 
shall be done in sprint 2 and whether or not a linux drawing 
implementation is added is left to be decided by the practice group.

In viewranking.jsp, the actual graph of player success is fetched from url
"c:\eclipse\pokkaregraph.jpg"

This is not portable to:
  - different browsers
  - different development setups 
  - different platforms (eg. the code puts the jpg in /home/username/ in Linux)

Fix this. Maybe like this:

Make the graph go to a certain place in tomcat6, therefore being "on the
server". We can then use relative url (eg. "/pokkaregraph.jpg") in jsp.

Graph-drawing with 3rd party plugin should work like original graph-drawing.

Graph scales erroneously vertically.

Set scale height so it's rounded upwards to the nearest 10 of the biggest 
score of the players.

E.G: if J has a score of 31 and T 29 the vertical scale should span from 0 
to 40.
