Various steps in initial-import cause

"psql: could not translate host name "-p" to address: Name or service not known"

All arrows will be drawn black if bitscores are same. Query for FR123406 with 5 
hits should reproduce the bug.

Chrome occasionally draws arrows in the wrong direction.

To reproduce:
1. Query with default parameters to FR123406

One arrow is to the wrong direction.
