Last week, me and @nothingismagick did some work at https://github.com/teamopen-dev/workgroups to flesh out some of the tooling. There's more to do, but the technical outline is good enough I think to start having the higher level discussions.
- What workflows do we want?
- What workgroups do we want?
- What roles do we want?
- Fleshing out the explanation of workgroups.
And so on. Would love to get input from @tauri-apps/wg-governance-and-guidance on this!
