There is an error with this repository's Renovate configuration that needs to be fixed. As a precaution, Renovate will stop PRs until it is resolved.

In close_notification(hwnd: HWND), CloseWindow(hwnd) is called but this according to Windows documentation only minimize the window it does not destroy it. DestroyWindow(hwnd) should be used for this.

As a result, the notification can be bring back up using ALT+TAB.
