Vavr Hamcrest matchers

Provides a set of useful Hamcrest matchers for operating on Vavr values.

This makes it possible to easily define Hamcrest-style assertions on types such as Option<T> or Try<T>.

Installation

This project is published on Jitpack.

Add this to your pom.xml:

Publish on maven central

Do you plan to publish this on the maven central repository? That makes it much easier to use than to download and manually install it.

Test mismatch text generation

Implement advanced matcher for containsInAnyOrder

This one is a little bit tricky: What are the semantics that people would expect?

Lets say two matchers are provided that check different properties of the same type, would a collection match if it only has one element but that element matches both matchers?

Expand API to accept Matchers

Can you extend the API to things like hasSize(Matcher) in addition to hasSize(int)? I still need to do things like

assertThat(jsList.toJavaList(), hasSize(lessThan(20)));

when calculation the actual size is difficult or brittle, but I know that it should not be even close to 20.
