TO DO: Fix Channel ID Validation [MUST]

ID validation works almost perfectly. However, it falsely identifies the channel ID to be 0 if a single ASCII character is given (e.g. SUB H). It should fail in this case, so this needs to be fixed at some point.

^C signal on client crashes server.

Stop crashing server when Client uses the ^C command.

TO DO: Remove read messages. [Should Do]

To enable both unlimited messages and keep things efficient. I'm proposing that read messages be removed from the the channel's messages array. After a message is read, it can not be re-read according to the design doc, therefore removing the unnecessary data makes sense. Even if only when the array is full.

This is more for best practice, it won't affect operation until a couple of hundred messages are sent to a channel. Alternatively, we can dynamically double the array size if the limit is exceeded.
