Great & simple library. Thanks for making it.

I am attempting to deal with concurrency, in realtime, using the x-ratelimit-* headers that are sent back with all requests.

I am unsure of where to start, but would love to use your module as a start to that, so I don't have to just hope for proper concurrency of ~120 calls per minute (which, in my experience, has been pretty unreliable.) It'd be neat if I could use the headers directly to throttle the client. Any suggestions? here is an example set of headers from track/profile that pertain to ratelimit:

To request data from the Echo Nest in more than one ID space, the API URL has two bucket parameters in it:
http://developer.echonest.com/api/v4/song/search?api_key=FILDTEOIK2HBORODV&format=json&results=1&artist=radiohead&title=karma%20police&bucket=id:spotify&bucket=tracks&limit=true

However, since we pass a JS object of parameters to echojs("song/search").get(jsobj, callback), that jsobj can't have more than one bucket key in it. So, how do we pass multiple buckets to an echojs call?
