Add mobx as an alternate option to redux.

• Add an option to setup script (the app/ generator), asking a question to choose redux (default) or mobx. Call it stateContainer. Perhaps suggest to leave as default if neither.
• Add alternative container template with mobx stuff (just assume that observers are supported)
• Update the container generator script to get the config variable and use the appropriate template.
