Visual studio 2012 C++ build   Colorization of black and white image

A convergence calculation is carried out with Conjugate Gradient Method.   Accuracy is guaranteed with 0.0001, but it is very slow.
Processing speed is improved by multithreading, but sparse matrix processing is very slow.
