Traffic Simulation Adjuster

Disclaimer: This is currently a WIP because, for now, it only changes the traffic reduction coefficient.

Allows you to adjust the coefficient for traffic reduction, changing to what extent traffic is reduced in a larger city. 0 is no reduction, and would have a considerable hit to performance. 4 is the vanilla setting, and 10 is increased traffic reduction.

Traffic reduction coefficient not saved

Hi, thanks for that mod, indispensable for us who like to play with dense areas and have additional challenge.

I noticed that the reduction coefficient value was not saved upon restarting the game. While sometimes options of other mods are also reset (maybe due to version changes and PDX mods instability), this is systematic for TrafficSimulationAdjuster, making me think there's something wrong with this one in particular.

Do you know about the issue?
