We long since decided that RDF was not going to be done before approval of 1.0,
so I am changing this to Milestone-RDF, removing it from blocking Issue #6, and
moving it to the audubon-core-rdf project

Pros:
1. Conformas to R10
2. Generally highly desirable in any case.
Cons:
1. Only a really simple RDF form has even been put on the table
(http://terms.gbif.org/wiki/Audubon_Core_Term_List_RDF_Version). There has been
no discussion whatsoever of that RDF, and if something else becomes an adopted
RDF representation, then whatever is returned now will not be authoritative.
2. Having a stable, useful RDF implementation of AC is far more important than
meeting R10 per-se and the resolution and dereferencing will be trivial once
such an adopted RDF is in hand.

I'm resolving this as WontFix, since it will take care of itself when there is
an RDF spec.
