Steps to reproduce:

• go to http://scrapy.org/ page;
• activate Fortia;
• click on one of github icons near the bottom.

A new browser window will appear, and the element won't be selected.
After closing this browser window Fortia stops working correctly.

Fortia draws a canvas element over the whole web page, and for large pages this is not working well:

• for larger pages Firefox can't create a canvas element of a required size;
• when a canvas can be created, the rendering becomes slow if a page is large.

This should help to make HTML in templates more similar to HTML downloaded by HTTP clients like Scrapy.
