My work :D

• Update to last Forestry (4.1.1)
• Fix Iron and Gold Bees and enable mutation
• Add Bees effect
• Add flower for "Nether bees" and "End bees"
• Add require biome for "Nether bees" and "End bees"

Update 15/11/15 => Add Effect, flower and biome for "Nether bees" and "End bees"

Searching overworld and Nether, was almost impossible to find a Hive, never did find one after about 45 minutes of creative searching. Did not use TNT to search.

uid should probably be prefixed with metallurgybees / metallurgy to be consistent
crash on 3rd tab of beelayzer (npe at specialty list)
npe on iron (gold, others) honey comb usage lookup (neiplugins)
crash on centrifuge workcycle with iron honey comb: npe at forestry.factory.gadgets.MachineCentrifuge.workCycle(MachineCentrifuge.java:229)
Crash with apiarist database(extrabees) (probably related to beealyzer/npe in specialty list)
Crash with recipe lookup/usage of bee(neiaddons) (may also be related to npe in specialty list)
