Compiling erlang 18.1 or earlier results in error

This is a known issue and there are patches for it - https://github.com/msaraiva/alpine-erlang/tree/master/building_against_musl

However, the default asdf-erlang plugin does not support patches.

• Port patches support from asdf-vm/asdf-ruby@0cbcad6 to asdf-erlang
• Include patches when building
