I have my G-suit account with my domain and one classic Gmail account.

For the first time, I can login with both accounts even with 2 step authentication on, but after the first time, next time when I come back to YouTube Vanced it say no internet connection and retry to login for my G-suit account, the classic google account works fine thought.

But since the G-suit account is my main account I was wondering if there is a workaround to make it work or not.

I have to clear microg data everytime to make it work each time I open youtube Vanced.

YToday when I open the app, the error was, you're disconnected, please check your internet connection, but I was well connect to my Wifi. So I reinstall the app, but now I can't sing in with my account, when I try to, the app didn't add my account and it star charging infinitely. Please help, I did everything that said the Vanced guide, but it didn't work

Last microg vanced version cannot be installed together this standard microg, but huawei users like me without google services need both mircog, standard and vanced. Ho w fix this?

Signed bin account not show up in YouTube vanced. When try to sign in again, it says account already log in.

As the title says, I wasn't able to log into my account anymore. Must've been a change in the way GMS talks to Google account servers. YouTube Vanced works fine on the other hand. Latest YT and microG already installed on my Android 7.0 device.

Apps installed successfully. After login it's not showing any video. Before login it was working correctly.

I have reinstall app 2 times.
Clean up data 2 times.
Mobile restart 1 time
Mobile reset 1 time

I just install Y.vance & microG last version. when sign in my Google account Y.vance can not load content. it still loading for a few hour but nothing appear. pls help and solve this issue.

I go through the process of signing in. I verify the login and I just end up back at the sign in and I'm not signed in. I'm running Android 12.

I installed the latest version of microg (2.13) when it released, and as of an hour ago my LG G6 phone was stuck on a reboot cycle. I was able to boot safe mode and Uninstaller the microg update which has stopped the boot cycling. I reinstalled to test if it was certainly the microg and I was able to replicate the issue by reinstalling, fixing with uninstalling. Running non-root vanced, on the latest Android version for LG g6

Toggling "hide icon from launcher" in micro g doesn't do anything. P30 Pro, emui 11, android 10. Latest build of micro g installed. Non root version.

On my Razer Phone 2 MicroG crashes without any information when pressing the Add Account-Button.

I'll try to get a logfile but I'm not that experienced so that might fail.

When I try to install v0.2.13-203916 on Android 5.1.1 manually, it fails with the following alert: "Parse error. There was a problem parsing the package". When I try to install it using VancedManager, it shows: "Error. Installation failed because the apk files are corrupted, please try again".
There's no such issue with this apk on newer Android versions.
Also I'm able to install the previous version 0.2.13-203915 on this Android 5.1.1 device without any issues.

Other apps are reporting under vanced microg and I cannot control it.

Steps to reproduce:
Install everything as normal.
After a few days clicking on app info of application shows it is under microG

Since 0.2.18.210500 I don't receive notifications from Vanced anymore. Not sure if this is a problem with MicroG but I've changed nothing else. I've checked battery settings - everything's fine. Any ideas?

Tried multiple times to no avail until I resorted to temporarily disable two factor authentication. On my device the 2FA would pop the verification screen right after entering the password, seemingly messing up with the login flow in microG.

Having MicroG core and Vanced MicroG installed conflicts in the battery optimizations settings on Huawei.
Meaning you can't disable battery optimizations, so notifications aren't working despite everything else being set up and connected.

Now, with Huawei phones coming without GMS, would be nice to have a wrapper for Google authentication, just like Youtube Vanced.
I have a P40 Pro Plus with GMaps, GBoard and G Translator, but I cannot make login.

I've encountered it since sept. 11th.. I couldn't login my account even if i install or reinstall the vanced app.. any fix for this?
my devices is Huawei Nova 7i... no GMS supported

I'd like to know why it's there and what difference it has to the regular login method, is it only for devices that don't have GMS or is it recommended for me to use even if I have the official GMS pre-installed

Problem:
I've noticed that every 12 hours or so the Vanced Apps stopped working while using always-on VPN.

I'm using:
Latest MicroG
Pixel 4A @ Android 11
PIA VPN @ Always-on VPN

What I've tried:
Reinstalling Vanced Music / Youtube each. (negative)
Creating an exception for all Vanced Apps in PIA. (negative)
Changing a bunch of setting like DNS / protocol in PIA. (negative)
Turning off PIA. (worked)
Reinstalling all apps, and signing in again with 2FA (worked)

I have the suspicion that it probably has something to do with 2FA because every time a device is added on my Google Account.

You put the same build number as the original microg. I see it was corrected 4 days ago but you didn't release it publicly. Please update, I can't install since I already have a regular microg installed. Thanks in advance.

After a while of opening the application and leaving some video in the background, it disappears and the application restarts, within the application it usually lasts a little longer but it also crashes, apparently after reporting my problem in discord they told me it was a problem from MicroG, so I uninstalled MicroG and proceeded to open the application and the problem was resolved, so we assume that it is MicroG problem.

PS: Since we already saw this on Discord, I will mention that I have already tried all of the pinned messages. The application is in its NoRoot version.

(I enclose the CrashLogs of the application, Kevin told me something about not being logged in, but later I talked about it with another guy since this happens whether you are logged in the application or not, so the CrashLogs do not have a logged YouTube account since every time I reinstalled the application I had to log in again, but if you like I can send some CrashLogs with the account open)

After January 28th update of the YouTube Vanced app and MicroG the login would not work anymore.
I'd enter Google account logins, it would seemingly go well but the account would not be added and also after that, the YouTube app wouldn't work normally (buttons "Explore", "Subscriptions", "Library" sometimes would not work at all when clicked etc).

I had to find previous APKs from APK Mirror and install them both for YouTube and MicroG for login to work again.

With the latest version of VancedMicroG, when I try to add a new account, it says that it can't connect to the google server (and "please try again later")

I'm using the latest version on a non root phone.

I had to switch to v.0.2.16 on my new Redmi10Note Pro running the latest MIUI 12 Global EU ROM. With version 0.2.18 I was not able to lock the app. When you don't lock it it resets the battery optimization settings back to default when I reboot the device. I think MIUI ROM also needs to be excluded from the icon hider...

I got everything up and running but it won't allow me to log into my google account. It keeps saying there problem communicating to google services please try again. (I got newest version of mircoG too !)

When I click on any link on youtube vanced (a link found in a video description or in a YouTube comment), it always used to open first regular YouTube and then automatically open the link.
That always worked just fine.

Now, when I click a link, it just says "YouTube can't open this link" each time, no matter what the link is (YouTube account, or YouTube video or just a website).
I also tried changing my default phone browser to Chrome and other browsers, but the issue still occurred every time. I am running android 11 on my galaxy s10 (exynos) with forced update on vancer apps running their latest versions.

I am using a Vivo IQOO 5 with android 10 non rooted device, i installed VancedManager and then proceed to install VancedMicroG, login to account,and install YTVanced. The first time i open YTVanced it works perfectly, if i don't kill the app, it keeps working perfectly. But if i kill the app and try to open it, the vanced logo pops up and the app close by himself. I tried this with different version of YTVanced and VancedMicroG and the result was always the same, it kept crashing after the first time you open the app. And i figured that it was because VancedMicroG hadn't storage permissions and that it needed to be manually set to "allow". Once the permission is given, the app works as it is supposed to work.

Hi, thanks for the aswesome apps! I would like to signal a bug tough. Simply put, the new cool vanced manager's feature relative to the chromecast removal of double entry resets itself to off fron time to time. I am on a note 10+, one ui 2.5, android 10.

Steps to reproduce:

Open vanced manager after a while. I could not determine of there is a specific action to trigger the bug yet, but i have done nothing (of what i can actively do) apart from closing recent apps

i received a push notification of an update only i am unable to update due to both being 'Unavailable'.

When being logged in with my Google Account in MicroG, YouTubeVanced doesn't load any content. When removing the account everything seems fine.

Tested this behavior on 2 different devices.

Edit: Doesn't load means that not even the feed is being loaded - neither do the navigation links at the bottom work.

The whole problem started 2 days ago. I had the latest versions installed so I received the error that I do not have an internet connection. I uninstalled the application. Today I put it in the go but microG makes problems. It logs in as a google account, but does not appear in accounts. If I want to log in again, it tells me that the account already exists, but neither the advanced youtube nor the microg is connected. I tried to uninstall chrome, I read that it worked for a while. not me. I uninstalled the application, I reinstalled without success. I downloaded the vanced guide but I couldn't find a solution. I have a oneplus 6t with android 10.3.8

Thanks for the latest version of VancedMicroG.

But the issue with this latest version is it is creating extra device(s) on Google account when a user logs into VancedMicroG v0.2.12 on a device.

After some testing i found out that version v0.2.11 released jul 29 does not cause this issue as it is not creating any extra device on my Google account.

As you can see in the screenshot when i manually signed out of the extra devices by clicking the three dots and "sign out" they got moved to the "Where you’ve signed out" section.

When i switched back to VancedMicroG v0.2.11 then only one device is showing as the above part of the screenshot.

I almost signed out of my actual Google account as i did not know what was VancedMicroG and what was the Google account.

The test is from today even if on one device says Sep 2.

For now i'll just still be using v0.2.11 as it is not confusing me by creating duplicate devices in my Google account.

Why in your opinion does VancedMicroG create a duplicate device on the account? and v0.2.11 does not?

MicroG sometimes says im offline in yt vanced (its not vanced fault because clearing vanceds data doesnt fix it, only fixes after reinstallation of microg), also there is this bug when it only displays my base account and not my channels of that account in the accounts menu (duh)

I don't understand anything in code, but check all your FAQ, and can't fix my problem.
I already have YouTube Vanced almost 2 years, ver. 14. Today I closed all sessions in Google Account and after it can't enter in my account in YTVanced. I checked all permissions from it in settings, tried to figure isn't app unlog from my Google account. Cleaned all cash, and reset to standard settings. But it's not helped. I deleted micro g and Vanced, downloaded Vanced manager from official website, but have troubles with instal on phone. Can't give roots rights to this app, cause phone give error. In ending of installation micro g in manager, check this error INSTALL_FAILED_INTERNAL_ERROR: permission denied. But I don't do anything, when it's installing.

There are users who might don't want to see or use the VanceMircroG app at all. Once the user signs into his/her YouTube account, VacedMicroG is barely touched/used.

I think it's a good idea to provide an in-app option to toggle which hides VancedMicroG from showing itself in the launcher if it's possible.

Let the user decide.

I have a problem. There is a message always active in the notification area "Keep microG in background - Tap there to disable battery optimization ..." I have done this several times, entered the settings and disabled the battery optimization for microG and Vanced, but whenever I restart the smartphone the optimization is automatically enabled. I use MIUI 12 on the Redmi Note 8 Pro. Has anyone been there?

So, when I go to switch to a different account through the Vanced app or with MicroG I encounter an issue where it won't display my other connected accounts on Vanced. And the last few times MicroG won't display the Google Sign-in screen/page.

After the latest update of the MicroG (0.2.18.2105) whenever I try to cast the notification will pop up saying:
"YouTube Vanced won't run unless you update Google Play services."
Clicking on this notification leads me to infinite loading in Google Play.
