Postal vote questions UI suggestion

The options that appear for Postal Vote aren't very clear they relate to postal vote. Is it possible to indent these, so that they look like sub questions?
Screenshot 2019-04-30 at 22 54 22

Perhaps we could add "..." at the end of the postal vote question, and to the beginning of the options.

EXAMPLE

I would like to vote by postal vote...
...until further notice
...for elections to be held on a specific date
...for a period of time

make back button work

might also need a leave modal when back is pressed or the user risk losing the data they have entered.

minor ui issues

  • attribute open democracry for the postcode lookup api
  • Copy: "I am an EU citizen living in the UK" ('an' instead of 'a')
  • Colours: I don't think your text colour on the form is accessible (AA or AAA). If you make it a darker grey - eg. #545454
this would be. You can check the contrast here: https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/
  • Ditch the ‘cup of tea’ line? Move up ‘No printing, no posting, no fuss!’
